Denita Quinn

Recognized as an award-winning expert, accomplished professional, and entrepreneur in the public relations, and corporate engagement industries, Denita Lacking-Quinn, mains trade partner Initiatives throughout the State of Texas and Arizona as the Minority Business Development Manager for Balfour Beatty US the industry-leading provider of general contracting, at-risk construction management, and design-build services for public and private sector clients across the nation. She also leads the Marketing & Awareness workgroup for the B.U.I.L.D. Ecosystem Network, serving the Dallas County small business community. 

Denita is a recipient of the U.S. Small Business Administration - Women Small Business Champion of the Year, Dallas Business Journal 40 under 40 Award, and N.A.A.C.P. Women’s Entrepreneurship Award for her outstanding commitment to bettering community relationships and access to non-profit/small business resources. She has a Bachelor of Science and is an avid student, completing courses from Harvard, M.I.T., and a graduate of the Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth. She is also a Google and Bing Certified Professional with over 12 Federal Government Contract Regulation certifications from the National Contract Management Association and Institute for Supply Management. Denita is the mother of Chloe, Andrew, Elias, and dog Oak Cliff.
