Sherri Gilbert, a dedicated Human Resources professional from Dallas, Texas, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Communications from Dallas Baptist University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Capella University. She brings over 20 years of expertise in benefits administration, training, employee relations, operations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment, payroll processing, leave management, and record keeping.
Currently, Sherri serves and the Executive Director of the DeDe McGuire Foundation, overseeing operations, managing volunteers, handling budgets, and fostering donor relationships. She is also the Managing Director of LuxBalloon Décor, where she provides elite customer service, manages operations, and encourages innovation.
Her previous roles include VP of Human Resources at TLJ Jones & ones LLC., where she managed HR operations and drove recruitment efforts, and Chief of Staff at the Texas House of Representatives, where she directed office operations, drafted legislation, and managed employee relations.
In her personal time, Sherri enjoys sports, creating, good food, and spending time alone with friends. Her exceptional management, leadership, and interpersonal skills, coupled with her integrity and fairness, have consistently driven positive results and exceeded customer needs.
