Tamara Sadler

Tamara Sadler is the Founder and Managing Principal of Crescent Strategies LLC, a Texas-based consulting firm specializing in strategic guidance, campaign and project management, special event planning, and government relations. With over 20 years of experience, Tamara is a highly accomplished and results-driven strategic public policy professional.

Recognized for her visionary leadership and ability to deliver transformative solutions, Tamara has worked with organizations across various industries, including technology, higher education, and government relations. Her expertise lies in helping clients optimize operations, improve efficiency, and achieve sustainable growth.

Tamara's diverse background includes leadership roles that demand high-level management expertise, drive, and dedication. She served as Chief of Staff for Texas State Representative Helen Giddings and worked as Community Liaison and Constituent Services Director for Texas Staten Senator Royce West. 

Leaving the State Capitol, Tamara became the Texas Chief of Staff for the 2020 Mike Bloomberg Presidential Campaign. After the campaign, she was recruited by VoteAmerica, a non-partisan voter turnout organization, as Deputy National Outreach Director. In these roles, she collaborated with national community leaders to provide resources and increase voter education and turnout.

Beyond her professional work, Tamara is passionate about mentoring and developing future leaders. In 2021, she founded Mentoring Young Minds, a program connecting aspiring young leaders with established mentors in their fields of interest. 

Tamara studied Business Administration at the University of North Texas at Dallas. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Dede McGuire Foundation and is a member of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Incorporated, Psi Chapter. Sadler is an active member and volunteer at Antioch Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
