Tamera Slaughter is a Learning and Development Project Manager at Experian with more than 15 years of experience leading enterprise learning, organizational change, and cross-functional initiatives. She specializes in turning complex business challenges into practical solutions by bringing together stakeholders, building consensus, and delivering programs that improve performance at scale.

In her role at Experian, Tamera leads enterprise learning initiatives that support more than 1,200 contact center employees. She has managed leadership development, compliance, and profess improvement projects that enhance employee performance and operational effectiveness. One of her most impactful initiatives reduced a training implementation timeline by 67% while improving consistency across teams. She also helped revitalize the company's mentoring program and has partnered with leaders across Operations, Inclusion & Belonging, Vendor Management, and Learning & Development to launch initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and organizational collaboration.

Tamera earned a Master of Education in Educational Administration from Concordia University Texas and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Texas. She believes strong organizations are built through collaborative leadership, meaningful partnerships, and an investment in people.
